Solution-focused life coach and author Dr Gary Wood is offering free speed coaching sessions (on Skype) to help you to refocus your goals.

Skype event: This free online speed coaching event with Dr Gary Wood will help. Gary is the author of Unlock Your Confidence in which he blends solution-focused coaching techniques with social psychology to produce a unique and highly effective coaching approach. You'll be surprised at how much can be achieved in such a short space of time.

Appointments are from 8:00am to 8.00pm (BST) on Skype.
Please offer three times in at least two of these bands:
- 08:00 to 11:30
- 12:00 to 15:30
- 16:00 to 19:30
Time slots are on the hour and half past the hour and last 20 minutes.
One session per person.
