I am an experienced and qualified coach and coach supervisor, offering supervision to individual coaches, pairs of coaches who'd like to share supervision together, and groups. I work with coaches at all levels of experience, who want to develop ethically-sound as well as successful coaching practice. My Supervision Style I supervise using a predominantly positive, solutions-focused approach.  I like to really collaborate with you on your learning, encouraging you to reflect deeply and broadly on your practice, while providing you with a really good blend of support, challenge and inspiration, sharing experiences and ideas when that's what you need.  My aim is that you come to every supervision session feeling brave enough to put into the spotlight and work on the coaching issues that will make the biggest difference to your coaching practice and your clients' results, and leave every supervision session feeling more confident and better equipped to manage the coaching relationships, issues, techniques and processes that you've explored in the process.  You'll find I am a super-fan of keeping things simple, and contracting the heck out of coaching and supervision... because I believe it's the most important tool we have in our kit-bag when it comes to getting results!
