I am a qualified Integrative Supervisor & Life Coach, with extensive experience using a variety of therapeutic approaches. I particularly work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestault, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

My practice is client-focused, tailoring support to the unique needs of each supervisee.

I'm flexible in my work with supervisees and will work with you to achieve your goals from supervision.

I specialise in working with clients who are neurodiverse, those experiencing complex PTSD (cPTSD), recognising the complexity and depth of these conditions, and couples therapy

However, I am confident working with whatever clients and concerns a supervisee brings to supervision.

In my role as a supervisor, I am committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where both personal and professional growth can flourish. 

I work closely with supervisees to build their skills, deepen their understanding of therapeutic models and strengthen their confidence in their practice.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, self-understanding & self-reflection, as a commitment to the well-being of those I support, ensuring a safe and reflective space for both clients and supervisees alike.

I work with both Trainee Counsellors and fully qualified Therapists & Life Coaches, offering tailored supervision and support for each.

This includes assisting with theory, assignment queries, and discussing client work to enhance professional development, discovering further self -awareness and therapeutic skills.

Required Supervision hours:

£65 per 1 & 1/2hr fortnightly supervision session

£120 per 3hr monthly supervision session.
