Supervision details
I believe effective supervision provides a reflective space where the internal coach can step outside their context to view their work through multiple lenses, creating the conditions for insight, ethical clarity, and renewed confidence in practice.
In our supervision sessions we will probably at some point:
Reflect on you as a coach: your purpose, values, and assumptions, and how these influence your relationships and choices in the moment of coaching.
Use my Kaleidoscope model to explore your coaching through six interconnected lenses: Power, Practical, Professional, Political, Personal, and Partnering, to reveal new patterns and possibilities.
Consider the organisational dynamics and structures surrounding your work, using your knowledge to understand how power, culture, and politics shape both you and your coachee.
Identify ethical or boundary tensions that arise when coaching and develop strategies to navigate these with integrity and professionalism.
My supervision practice is informed by reflective, relational, and systemic perspectives. Together we aim to build your awareness, confidence, and resourcefulness as a coach operating within complex organisational realities.
