Supervision details
Group supervision - I work with groups of independent coaches and also with groups of internal organisation coaches from around the world. Currently supervision groups are virtual, with four or five coaches typically. I have a new group starting in 2023 and new groups beginning regularly.
One to one supervision - I work with coaches to support them in developing their coaching practice. My focus is on ongoing learning as a coach and my approach takes a systemic perspective, using Constellations, maps and Gestalt techniques to reveal hidden relationship dynamics and difficulties at the heart of the coach's client work. I work with coaches supporting them understanding who they are as a coach, and how they might develop 'their unique way'.
Podcast - Working with Clare Norman, also a supervisor, I record a monthly podcast where we are "lifting the lid on coaching supervision", exploring many of the questions coaches have about how to get the best from being in supervision. Check it out with your favourite podcast app.
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
