The people I work best with have been successful in their careers. When I meet them, the situation around them may have changed; their skills and experience may not be valued as it had been or they may have been made redundant. For what ever reason' they have lost their way and this is affecting their work/life balance, confidence and health.

I am an excellent listener with a focused, elegant, practical and professional approach which has a lightness of touch. I get to the heart of an issue quickly, and then move things on. I am an experienced Career Coach, NLP Master Practitioner with a background in the design and retail sectors, designing and managing commercial projects. I bring experience of working in a wide range of organisations, manufacturing and marketing to my coaching practice. I love learning new things and am committed to continued professional development.

Typical programme
2 hour discovery session plus 8 1-hour sessions
Paid monthly (discount offered for payment in full).
Full programme includes a follow up coaching session 6 months after the completion of the programme.
