About me

The people I work best with have been successful in their careers. When I meet them, the situation around them may have changed; their skills and experience may not be valued as it had been or they may have been made redundant. For what ever reason' they have lost their way and this is affecting their work/life balance, confidence and health.

The impact of my coaching is to 'rediscover' themselves rather than 'reinventing'.

I am an excellent listener with a focused, elegant, practical and professional approach which has a lightness of touch. I get to the heart of an issue quickly, and then move things on. My strong head for business along with intuition and flexibility brings out the best in people. Expect to have some fun and get down to business straight away!

I am an experienced Career Coach, NLP Master Practitioner with a background in the design and retail sectors, designing and managing commercial projects. I bring experience of working in a wide range of organisations, manufacturing and marketing to my coaching practice. I love learning new things and am committed to continued professional development.

"Caroline saved me from 'trench foot', the rut I was stuck too deep to be rut that it was bordering on being a trench!
Caroline helped me identify what was really important to me in a wider than work context and guided me towards putting some perspective back into life. A very worthwhile investment in myself! thanks Caroline!"
Sarah Penny - Associate Partner, Hasson Associates Recruitment Ltd

"I first met with Caroline at a time in my life when I felt lost, stuck in a rut and chained by my own repetitive thoughts. Not able to find a way out on my own, I decided to seek some guidance. My main concern was my career, the future and general happiness.
What I gained from working with Caroline was so much more. At times the work was challenging but the results were evident. Having felt exhausted for a long period of time, unable to move forward, the turnaround was immense. I am far more positive, with a new energy and zest for the things that I enjoy doing. Caroline has helped me to change the way I think for the better, to become more confident and self-assured..... and the most invaluable....a whole lot happier. Caroline is perceptive and tailors the program to you. I have a lot to be grateful to Caroline for and am continuing to grow using the tools I have learned."
