About me
I offer Life Coaching for individuals and Coaching Supervision for professional coaches.
The Lizard Life Coaching experience can help people from all walks of life with personal development and transformation. Lizard Life Coaching works through a specifically designed co-active relationship between the coach and the client, where the focus is on the client and what they want. Clients enjoy more fulfilment, more choice and more alive experiences in their lives - they create the life they dream of living.
Tailored to client needs, coaching usually takes place online, so sessions can be arranged around a busy schedule.

- BA (hons) Psychology (1999)
- PG Cert Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (2021)
Coaching since training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2001. Launched Lizard Life Coaching in 2006. Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) 2007.
Member of faculty for CTI since 2008, delivering training courses around the world in Co-Active coaching.
Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), accredited PCC.
Accredited Senior Practitioner EIA, EMCC
Graduate of the Coaching Supervision Academy (2011)
Trained in Mentor Coaching for ICF Credentialing (2017)

EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

£140.00 - £250.00
Free initial telephone or online session
Additional information
£225-250 per month, for two 45-minute telephone coaching sessions per month.
£140-170 per hour for Coaching Supervision or Mentor Coaching.
