About us

I work with people to gain Clarity, Confidence and Control in their lives.

If you're fed up of having low mood, low energy - lack of sleep, high stress levels and not feeling connected to everything and everyone around you- I'm here to help.

For some of us it feels like we are drifting through life and something just feels off- while for others it feels like a huge weight that can't shift.

As a Transformational Personal and Development Coach - I help you move from those areas of uncertainty to feeling clear about what you want AND a plan around how to get it as well as having the confidence and control to make it happen.

Working on Self Confidence - we begin the journey with a fast assessment of what has (really) been holding you back- and speedily establishing what you really want.  Using a range of techniques and exercises that work in real time- we build up your confidence - working on the premise of giving you full control of your future.

Transformational Changes happen by using techniques that change thoughts and behaviours so you can experience the benefit of fast and long lasting changes.

My 20+ year experience varies between working in the corporate arena and direct work with families with complex needs.

Because of this (and being a parent of 5) I bring a wealth of expertise, experiences and knowledge to your sessions whether online or face to face - with a professional, friendly and  non-judgemental approach -we'll also have you looking forward to and enjoying your life in no time.
