About me

I am someone who believes deeply in the strength and potential that exists within every person, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. My path into coaching grew from my own lived experience of navigating sobriety, depression, anxiety and the impact of addiction. These experiences taught me compassion, resilience and the importance of having someone who truly listens. They also shaped the way I hold space for others today.

My professional training gives structure and clarity to my work, but it is my humanity that guides the heart of it. I understand what it feels like to rebuild, to question yourself, to feel stuck or overwhelmed, and to want something different. Because of this, I meet you without judgement and with a genuine commitment to understanding your world. Together we explore what you need, what you hope for and what will help you move forward in a way that feels real and achievable.

I offer flexible ways of working because comfort and accessibility matter. You can meet with me in person, I can travel to a location that feels right for you, or we can work together online through Zoom. However we connect, my aim is to create a safe, steady and encouraging environment where you can speak openly and begin to trust your own voice again.

Coaching with me is a partnership. I walk beside you with empathy, insight and gentle challenge, helping you build confidence, clarity and a renewed sense of possibility. My role is to support you as you move from where you are to where you want to be, at a pace that honours your journey.

Further information

I offer a warm and grounded coaching space where you are genuinely seen and heard. My approach is shaped by both my professional training and my own lived experience of navigating change and growth. This helps me connect with you in a real and human way while keeping a clear focus on what you want to achieve. I take time to understand what matters to you so our work together feels personal, supportive and meaningful.

I also keep my ways of working flexible because feeling comfortable makes a difference. You can meet with me in person, I can travel to a location that suits you, or we can work together online through Zoom if that feels easier or more private. However we meet, my intention is to create a safe and encouraging space where you can explore your thoughts openly and move forward with confidence.

My role is to walk beside you with empathy, insight and gentle challenge so that each session leaves you feeling valued and equipped with something useful to take into your life. Most of all, I am here to support you as you move from where you are to where you want to be.
