About me

Life has a way of shaping us. Sometimes through unexpected challenges, painful experiences or a quiet sense that something isn’t quite right. Whatever has brought you here, it does not define who you are or what your future can become.

As a Recovery and Life Rebuilding Coach, I support adults and children to move through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding and steady guidance. Whether you are rebuilding confidence, facing anxiety, living with the impact of trauma, navigating recovery or searching for greater direction, I offer a space where you can reflect, grow and move forward at your own pace.

I believe meaningful change begins when we stop holding on to who we used to be and start recognising who we are becoming. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, build resilience and create change that feels true to you.

Every person carries their own story, which is why my coaching is shaped around the individual. Together, we create a path that reflects your values, your goals and the life you want to build.

For me, life rebuilding is about more than getting through difficult moments. It is about creating a future that feels meaningful, fulfilling and truly your own.

Additional information

All sessions are delivered online, providing a confidential, stable, and professionally held environment designed to support focused, reflective work. The initial session offers a structured opportunity to explore your current circumstances, presenting concerns, and the wider context influencing your wellbeing. As the work progresses, each session follows a clear and consistent framework that encourages deeper reflection, helping you identify patterns, responses, and internal processes that may be shaping your experience. My approach is steady, measured, and clinically informed, drawing on evidence‑based principles that support gradual, sustainable change. Sessions are paced to match your capacity, with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and maintaining a regulated, grounded space throughout. You are encouraged to explore thoughts, reactions, and experiences at a depth that feels manageable, while receiving clear guidance that supports emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and the development of practical strategies. Flexible appointment times allow the work to integrate naturally into your weekly routine, supporting continuity and stability. The overall aim is to provide a reliable, professional environment where you can develop insight, strengthen resilience, and establish a clearer sense of direction as you move forward.

Further information

I work with both adults and children, and my practice is supported by current safeguarding training and a clear understanding of regulated work. All sessions are delivered in line with professional standards, confidentiality requirements and safe practice guidelines. When working with children, I follow age appropriate methods, maintain clear boundaries and ensure that a parent or guardian is involved where required. My role is to provide a structured, stable environment where clients can explore challenges safely and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I maintain detailed session notes, review progress regularly and adapt the work to meet the needs of each individual. Whether sessions take place in person, online or at an agreed location, the focus remains on delivering a reliable, consistent and professionally held service that supports long term growth and wellbeing.
