About us
You don't go back to who you were. You begin again from where you are.
In 2023, in my forties, I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer. This was the beginning of a prolonged period of treatment, one that would redefine me as a woman and make me re-evaluate so much of what I had come to take for granted.
When I completed my treatment I expected to feel like the hardest part was behind me. Instead, I felt lost and alone and like I was starting all over again, without a roadmap, and without quite knowing who I was.
My experience taught me what it means to walk a path with little direction and with minimal support, and it's why I now want to help others feel able to pause, process and begin again after a significant life transition, with the comfort of knowing there is someone alongside them.
This chapter, together with more than twenty years in HR and leadership development, a degree and masters in psychology, and my accredited coach training, is the foundation of my practice today. This shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I hold space for you. But more than any credential, I bring the understanding of someone who has stood in that space after - when everything feels different, the old life no longer fits, and the path ahead isn't yet clear.
Today I work with people in the space after - after something significant has happened, and life doesn't quite feel like it's yours. That might be after illness or treatment, the end of a relationship, a career that's fallen away, children leaving home, or any moment that's left you wondering who you are and what comes next.
Together, we might explore themes such as identity - who you are now, and who you're becoming; confidence - rebuilding trust in yourself and finding the strength to take the next step; loss - through illness, bereavement, divorce, or the life you thought you would have; and hope - allowing yourself to imagine what's possible again.
Coaching with me is gentle and exploratory. There's no fixed agenda and no pressure to arrive with answers - we simply start from where you are. Sessions are typically an hour, held online or in person, and I offer open-ended coaching because beginnings rarely follow a set timeline.
Whatever has brought you here, something is telling you it's time to begin again, even if you're not yet sure what that looks like. What matters most isn't the event itself, but your willingness to explore what's possible on the other side.
