About us
I’m Danielle, an autistic ADHDer, trainee coaching psychologist and neurodiversity‑affirming life coach specialising in supporting autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults to build lives that work with their brains. My approach blends coaching psychology, positive psychology, and lived experience to create a space that feels safe, gentle, and genuinely understanding.
I work with clients who want to deepen their self‑knowledge, reduce overwhelm, and move towards a life shaped by strengths, values and sustainable wellbeing. Many of the people I support are navigating Rejection Sensitivity, burnout, sensory overload, masking fatigue, or the emotional impact of receiving a late diagnosis. My coaching is designed to meet these experiences with compassion, clarity and practical tools that honour neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling and functioning.
Across my programmes - such as ACT for AuDHD, Thriving with AuDHD, and my ND‑affirming wellbeing and burnout pathways - I help clients understand their neurotype, regulate their capacity, strengthen executive functioning, and build supportive routines that feel natural rather than forced. Sessions are collaborative, paced gently, and grounded in evidence‑based psychological models adapted for neurodivergent minds.
Whether you’re seeking more confidence, emotional steadiness, sensory safety, better self‑trust, or a clearer sense of direction, my coaching offers a warm, validating space to explore who you are and create a life that feels more possible.
