About me
I’m a dual-qualified coach and integrative counsellor, supporting people through life and career transitions.
Perhaps you’re returning to work after a career break, questioning what you want from this stage of your life, or feeling ready for a change but unsure where to begin. Coaching provides a dedicated space to step back, reflect on what matters to you and explore what you want next. Change can feel hard and sometimes we need someone to accompany us on that journey.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and also practical which ensures we work towards the change you are hoping for. I can help you gain clarity, recognise your strengths, build confidence and turn your thinking into meaningful next steps. My coaching is future-focused and collaborative, with the aim of helping you make intentional choices that feel right for you. My experience as a counsellor also offers an option to work more in depth if required and I may notice some behavioural patterns, beliefs, defences or an old story that may be impacting your current situation or behaviour.

Additional information
My sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes long and can be either once a month or every other week. I believe a little time in between sessions is important to allow space to reflect on what we may have discussed and new awareness and also time to put into practice any actions we may have agreed on.
I offer a package of 6 sessions for a discounted price when you buy the package.
Please feel free to contact me to arrange a free, no-obligation discovery call if you would like to find out more.
Further information
As a woman who has navigated my own life and career transitions, I understand that change can bring both opportunity and uncertainty. I believe we can sometimes become so busy meeting the needs of others that we lose sight of what we want for ourselves.
Coaching offers the opportunity to pause, take stock and reconnect with your own priorities and values, whilst also considering the realities of your situation. My aim is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can think honestly, challenge yourself and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and intention.
I offer online coaching and in-person coaching if applicable, with an initial 30-minute discovery call to explore whether coaching feels right for you.
