About me
I'm a Leadership Coach and ADHD Specialist Coach with over 20 years' experience in the third sector, including 12 years as Chief Executive of a regional charity.
I work with adults with ADHD, professionals and charity leaders who want to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Many of the people I support are balancing significant responsibilities, whether that's leadership, ADHD, caring responsibilities, family life, or all of the above.
My coaching combines professional expertise with leadership and lived experience. Receiving my own ADHD diagnosis in 2022 was a turning point, helping me make sense of experiences that had never quite fitted traditional ideas of leadership, productivity, and success. When I looked for coaching support myself, I found the process overwhelming and often inaccessible. It inspired me to train as the kind of coach I wished I'd found.
Alongside coaching, I work as a consultant and trainer, supporting third sector organisations through change, growth, and complexity. As an ADHDer and parent of neurodivergent children, I also understand first-hand the realities of balancing competing demands at work and at home.
My coaching is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop strategies that work for you.
Whether you're navigating ADHD, stepping into leadership, managing change, or considering what's next, I offer a supportive space for honest conversation, reflection, and meaningful action.
