About me
I have evolved and developed key mentoring skills as a department head in the logistics industry and I found one of the most rewarding aspects of my role was to support team members in realising their potential.
As a result I took the decision to enhance my skill set and undertake a transformative coaching diploma with Animas which I completed in April 2024. I do believe that my experiences from a 35 year career in industry together with the new skills, knowledge and understanding developed from the coaching diploma provides me with the 'tools' to support people as they look towards future career options or may be just ''stuck in a rut'' and explore what is possible.
