About me
I am a friendly and supportive coach working with clients seeking to reach their goals at work, in their career and their home life in the way that is right for them.
I am a specialist in business and executive coaching as well as in neurodivergence including ADHD coaching, autism coaching and coaching for dyslexic and dyscalculic adults.
Many of my clients are senior professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs in both large and small businesses as well as those starting out at work, seeking to move forward in their career and those in education.
My background prior to coaching was in investment management and investment banking and I understand the challenges of moving forward with work alongside family and health and wellbeing related commitments.
In addition to coaching training at Henley Business School I have mental health related training and have worked with clients recovering from depression and anxiety alongside working towards work, life and productivity related goals.
I am accredited as an associate coach with the International Coaching Federation.
I offer free 30 minute discovery calls to find out more about your goals and to see if we could be a good fit to work together.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a post graduate diploma in executive coaching from Henley Business School in addition to training in neurodivergence and additional needs support and counselling skills.
I have worked with many business owners, senior professionals as well as new professionals seeking to move forward with their career.
I have lived experience of ADHD and autism and specialise in neurodiversity coaching and mentoring for individuals, professionals and business owners.
