Hello, I'm Sean.
I’m a down-to-earth life coach and practitioner. I currently work for the NHS delivering specialist psychosocial interventions and I have a Transformative Coaching private practice called ACE coaching.
I’m passionate about meaningful change. My aim is to support you in developing your fullest potential and achieving your life goals. I believe personal development is personal empowerment.
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions that are available in-person, online, or by telephone.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring both professional training and practical experience to my coaching practice. This background enables me to work effectively with a broad range of clients, providing support that is empathetic, practical, and results-focused. My qualifications include:
- Animas Diploma in Transformative Coaching.
- APT Diploma in Psychological Therapies.
- APT Level 3 Certification in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
- CPCAB Level 3 Certification in Counselling Studies.
- Anna Freud National Autism Trainer Programme Certification

Fees
£40.00 per session
Additional information
My standard fee is £40 per 50 minute session, with discounts available for block bookings of six or more sessions. Concessionary rates are also available.
Sessions are available in-person, online, or by telephone, with location and format tailored to your needs. I am available most evenings, as well as all day Saturdays and Sundays, to best accommodate your schedule.
To ensure my services are the right fit for you, I offer a free 20–30 minute introductory call to discuss your needs and goals.

Acceptance & Commitment Coaching draws on mindfulness skills to help you develop psychological flexibility. This helps create inner clarity, allowing you to align with meaningful, values- based action.
I also draw on other coaching models. Each approach is tailored to your individual needs to enable you to navigate challenges, build resilience and create meaningful change.
