About us
Hello, my name is Tania Stedman.
I am passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their highest potential by identifying barriers to their development and allowing them to set down new, positive neural pathways whether they are neurotypical or neurodiverse.
I have 30 years’ experience in healthcare, both in the NHS and the private health sector - clinically and also within senior management, leading large teams through challenge and change.
My journey to becoming a coach developed over my 20 years in management. During this time, it became clear to me that my passion was always the people and certainly, the area in which I experienced the greatest joy from the role. Whether managing conflict, developing teams, mentoring individuals, or creating a safe space where they felt there was trust and security that could help to be a springboard for their growth and development. Always encouraging them to look beyond what they thought they believed about themselves.
I have had the privilege to coach and mentor multiple individuals in both my own and external teams. It was this that led me to formally become an accredited coach and dedicate this chapter of my career solely to helping uncover and develop the true potential of those I work with.
The majority of my work is now with neurodiverse clients, whether they are still at the stage of pre-diagnosis, newly diagnosed or, have known for a long time, but looking for change and improvement in certain areas or, at particular times that their neurodiversity may be adding increased challenges (i.e. menopause)
I have now been privileged to work with over 150 neurodiverse clients (more than 1,500 hours of coaching) who have added to my training even further by sharing their wealth of experiences and stories.
I am an avid follower of all who publish and talk on ‘The positive abundance mindset’.
I practice meditation/mindfulness, and I am a Reiki Master.
