About me

I specialise in working with people like you on your self-leadership, boundaries, resilience and confidence so you can excel at work and at home. This is coaching using a whole person approach where we explore your thinking and emotions with a focus on how you can move forward. It is informed by Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.
You will be working with a highly experienced coach with a track record of supporting leaders and business owners to achieve their goals in a way that ensures their wellbeing is prioritised.
Training, qualifications & experience
Ruth Kudzi is a MCC (master certified coach) Coach (one of less than 80 in the UK) with the ICF, coach trainer and mentor.
She has over 10,000 hours of coaching and is highly qualified with a MA in Psychology &Education, BA in Psychology & Management, PGCERT in Coaching.
Specific coaching qualifications include; Personal performance coaching diploma, Small business coaching diploma, Neuroscience diploma, Neuroscience for leadership certificate, Positive Psychology diploma, NLP practitioner, Spiral energy coach and L3 Disc Trainer.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
