My coaching approach helps create a moment in which we can disconnect from the business of daily life and nurture a safe space. This space invites you to explore parts of yourself that may be calling for your attention. The opportunity is to get to know yourself more deeply than you ever have before, to feel safe enough to embrace your vulnerabilities and to experience the transformation that wants to unfold. Together, we can calibrate to the truth of who you really are.
My experience has taught me that each of us possess an inherent inner guiding compass that holds the intelligence to answers all of the questions we have about ourselves and our lives. All we need to do is create the circumstances for that wisdom to be heard, felt, and understood, cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves.
Coaching sessions are typically conducted via zoom, allowing you to find a relaxed setting in which you feel comfortable enough diving deep into the exploration of “what is life asking of me in this moment?”
I understand that reaching out for help can sometimes feel challenging, but we all need support at times. Surrendering to the idea of asking for help can actually be a strength
Training, qualifications & experience
In January 2007, I was shot and wounded in combat whilst serving in as a British Royal Marine Commando. This profound experience confronted me with my mortality and plunged me into the depths of an existential journey, compelling me to question life, my identity and everything I thought I knew. This path of transformation ignited a strong desire and passion within me to support others on their journeys of transformation.
As an accredited Deep Coach through the Center for Transformational Coaching, I have learned how to guide individuals through the inner exploration of their existence and the perspectives they hold on life
My experience has shown me that we often become distracted by the many external demands for our attention, making it rare for us to create the time to listen to the deeper wisdom that resides within us. I am committed to helping you reconnect with that inner voice and facilitate your journey of self-discovery
