About me
I support professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and teams seeking clarity, growth, and meaningful impact, whether they’re building a career, developing a business, or navigating complex transitions.
My clients are often stepping into leadership, growing across cultures, or re-aligning with what matters most. They come to coaching for strategic clarity, personal insight, and sustainable success without compromising their wellbeing.
My own cross-cultural journey, combined with a background in psychotherapy, transformational coaching and business ownership, informs a coaching approach that is psychologically insightful, strategically grounded, and deeply human, rooted in real-world experience.
Areas of focus include:
- Career direction, transitions, and confidence
- Women in leadership and imposter syndrome
- Business development and entrepreneurship
- Cross-cultural growth and international careers
- Communication, trust-building, and relational dynamics

Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
I specialise in coaching mothers and daughters who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and move beyond conflict or misunderstanding. This relationship is powerful but can be shaped by emotional complexity, generational patterns, and unspoken expectations.
I also support all parent–adult child dynamics, regardless of gender, background, or family structure. Whether you're a parent adjusting to new roles or an adult child seeking more open dialogue, I offer a supportive space to foster understanding, respect, and lasting change.

Further information
My work supports clients in developing essential life and leadership skills, from time management and organisation to resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. I also coach parents and adult children, most often mothers and daughters, to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds, particularly in multicultural or multi-generational contexts.
