I'm Maria, an executive coach specialising in leadership for retail and commercial leaders.
Whether you're navigating a transition, looking for a new role, stepping into a bigger one, dealing with a challenging situation, or simply want to lead with more clarity and confidence in the job you're already in, I'm here to help you find your way forward.
I spent over 15 years in senior commercial roles in fashion retail, including Mango, Hugo Boss and Massimo Dutti. I know first-hand the pressures of leading in this industry and how easy it is to keep pushing forward without ever pausing to think clearly about how you lead or where you're headed.
My coaching is ICF-aligned (trained through Barefoot Coaching, ICF ACC in progress), practical, and grounded in real frameworks. I'm not here to hand you generic advice; I'm here to help you get clear on what you want, challenge the patterns that got you here, and build a concrete path forward, whatever stage you're at.
I work with clients in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

- 15+ years in senior retail leadership, most recently as Commercial Director, UK & Ireland (Massimo Dutti), with full P&L accountability across an £80M business
- Previous senior roles at Mango and Hugo Boss × House of Fraser, responsible for the commercial strategy, leadership development and talent capability
- Mentor, Retail Fashion Academy; supporting undergraduates with goal-setting, confidence and career progression
- Volunteer Mentor, One Million Mentors; guiding young adults through structured development conversations

- Leadership Programme - an 8-session programme for deeper leadership development, grounded in proven coaching frameworks
