About me

I have over 30 years of professional experience in the private sector:

Corporate/Investment Banking/Entrepreneurship, including Institutional Sales at two top tier US banks where I covered senior officers at major corporations; I started and ran a successful Executive Search company for 17 years. In the latter, I advised and re-shaped the careers of many people – primarily at executive level – which, in turn, changed many of their lives.

Career: I coach individuals in career transition - whether within their industry, or for those who are considering doing something completely different. I also coach young people who need guidance in finding a suitable and fulfilling career path.

Management: I coach those new to management, as well as, experienced managers who want guidance in motivating and inspiring their staff by creating a work environment where people feel valued, are at peak productivity and have a sense of company loyalty.

Relationships: I offer coaching in personal - partners, family; and work-related relationships - interfacing with colleagues and/or management.

I have a BA and a MA and am a certified professional coach, having completed an ICF approved course of studies at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

My early travels taught me to always be curious. Both my voracious interest in people and my desire to learn have taught me tolerance and generosity of spirit. I love what I do and firmly believe that to be the best at what you do, you have to love it. Let me help you find what you love.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
