About me
I’m Katie, a creative life coach for the people behind the scenes of creativity; the ones who help others bring their ideas to life but struggle to make space for their own.
Do you feel…that you give more to others in their creativity than yourself?
Do you experience feelings of loss/sadness/jealousy of others when you think about your art?
Do you hear yourself saying ‘there’s not enough time’ ?
I work with producers, facilitators, educators, arts professionals, community artists or creative leaders who are deeply connected to creativity but don't always get to experience it for themselves.
Realising your own creativity is not frivolous; it is a fundamental part of who you are, your own fulfilment and what you bring to the world.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring two things to this work that don't often come together. As a musician myself, I understand what it means to carry something real inside you that isn't finding its way out.
I qualified as a Life Coach with the ICF through Well College Global in 2026, and I have over 15 years' experience with Quench Arts, a music and mental health wellbeing project.
More recently, my work as a Recovery Navigator offering wellbeing coaching has deepened my understanding of the psychological weight of feeling disconnected from yourself, the value of simply being listened to, and the important role the arts can play in all of this.
