About me
I’m an Executive and Leadership Coach, Chartered Manager and former senior leader with experience spanning the British Army, Amazon and fast-growth businesses. I’ve led teams of over 1,000 people, major transformations and complex international operations, but the most valuable lessons I’ve learned about leadership have always come from people.
Today, I work with established and emerging leaders who want greater clarity, confidence and fulfilment in their careers, without feeling they have to sacrifice themselves in the process.
My coaching style is warm, candid and highly personal. I bring empathy, curiosity and constructive challenge, creating a confidential space where you can say the things you may not feel able to say at work, explore what is really going on beneath the surface and work out what you actually want.
I believe clarity is a kindness, both to ourselves and to the people we lead. Great leadership does not have to mean relentless pressure, sacrificing your wellbeing or making life miserable for everyone around you. You can be ambitious, human and highly effective at the same time.
I offer online coaching to clients across Ireland, the UK and internationally, alongside in-person sessions in Ireland.
I also offer Coaching in Motion across South Dublin and County Wicklow: walking or easy-paced running sessions for busy professionals who want to combine meaningful coaching with movement, fresh air and time away from screens. Sometimes our clearest thinking happens when we stop sitting still.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified Executive Coach through the World Coaching Organisation and a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI), with extensive practical leadership experience across the British Army, Amazon and fast-growth businesses.
I commissioned as an Officer from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and went on to lead in complex international environments, including operational deployments. I later spent over seven years in senior leadership roles with Amazon across the UK, Ireland and US, leading teams of up to 1,200 people, major organisational change and large-scale operations.
Alongside my coaching qualification, I am a certified Workplace Wellbeing & Mental Health Instructor and Mental Health First Aider, and continue to invest in my professional development as a coach and leader.
At Amazon, I was an accredited Bar Raiser and selected as an EU-wide facilitator for its Leading at Scale leadership programme. I have designed and delivered leadership development interventions internationally, including programmes that achieved measurable improvements in leadership sentiment and engagement.
Today, alongside 1:1 coaching, I provide leadership consulting, facilitate leadership workshops and mentor through the Inspiring Leadership Foundation. My coaching therefore combines professional training with first-hand experience of leadership, organisational culture, high performance and the very human challenges that come with responsibility.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Additional information
I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call before beginning coaching. This gives us an opportunity to explore what you would like to achieve, answer any questions and decide whether we are the right fit to work together.
Individual 60-minute coaching sessions are £100.
For clients who would benefit from a longer coaching relationship, a six-session package is available for £550.
Coaching in Motion sessions are also £100, with no additional charge for choosing to walk or run.
Corporate-sponsored executive coaching, leadership programmes and bespoke engagements are priced separately. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Finding the right coach is personal. I believe the relationship needs to feel comfortable enough for honesty, but challenging enough to create meaningful change.
I therefore welcome an initial conversation before committing to coaching. It is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to coaching, what you would like to get from it and, importantly, whether I feel like the right coach for you. There is no pressure to continue if the fit does not feel right.
I work with clients across different stages of leadership and career, from those taking their first significant step into leadership to experienced senior leaders navigating complex challenges, change or simply asking themselves, “What next?”
Sessions are available online internationally, with in-person coaching available in Ireland. For clients in South Dublin and County Wicklow, Coaching in Motion offers an alternative to the traditional coaching environment through reflective walks or easy-paced runs outdoors.
Above all, you do not need to arrive with the answers, working them out is part of the process.
