Hello, I'm Jane and I specialise in Couples Coaching.

My goal is to help you to create fast and effective change within your marriage or relationship using strategies to create more understanding, empathy and better communication in your relationship. I work intensively with couples to rebuild the foundation of your relationship, increase trust and rediscover your connection.

I work with couples and individuals.

Relationships can be healed even if only one person would like coaching. I also coach clients who are stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns to change and learn how to be in loving, healthy relationships.

Coaching is empowering, reassuring and a safe place to explore what you really want and need from your relationship and life. We will explore what you (and possibly your partner if you attend as a couple) both really want from the relationship and then work together to help you to achieve that.

Sometimes all we need are the tools, clarity, understanding, and a new perspective to really change our relationships for the better.
