I believe that since we often spend most of our waking hours at work, it makes sense to enjoy what we do. I work with clients from a range of backgrounds who are facing career decisions:

• Are you returning to work after raising a family, ill health, or caring for a loved one?

Career coaching can help you identify your strengths and skills, help you work out the direction you want your career to take and help you work through difficulties at work.  It can be helpful to talk these things through with someone who is impartial and trained.

I ask £60 for a one off session or £160 for a set of three sessions.  If you are on benefits or low income, please let me know so we can discuss options.

I am an experienced manager who has worked for many years in the voluntary sector with a range or client groups and am on the UK Register of Career Development Professionals.  I undertake regular supervision and CPD.
