Hi, I’m Colette. I am a Leadership Development Coach who helps managers overcome the challenges of leading people effectively. As a manager, do you currently feel overwhelmed, stressed, uncertain or emotionally drained? You are not alone.

With extensive experience in Human Resources and change management, I combine proven coaching techniques with strong organisational insight to help managers achieve meaningful and sustainable results. Together, we identify the root causes of challenges and develop practical actionable solutions.
I provide bespoke coaching programmes individually designed to meet your needs. Each session is structured to have a clear purpose, centred around a growth mindset, goals, and the challenges that are real and important to you.
