I am a Confidence, Career & Leadership Coach who supports professionals navigating change, transition and the challenges that come with personal and professional growth.

With over 25 years' experience in Human Resources, I bring a unique understanding of workplace dynamics, career development and the challenges people face when navigating change. I combine this experience with accredited coaching techniques to help clients build confidence, improve communication, make decisions with greater clarity and create meaningful, sustainable change.
