About us

Hi, I'm Chris, a Professional Coach and Mentor working predominantly with Men.

I work mostly with Men because my process is practical and so requires less 'soul baring' and focuses more on practical exercises and problem solving.

I specialise in helping my clients to identify wasted activities, potential, time and even thoughts and emotions from their lives, so that they can spend more time, energy and money on the things they really want to be doing.

  • Are you feeling frustrated and trapped in life?
  • Do you feel emotionally tired and unmotivated?
  • Do you get angry at other people's progress and success?
  • Are you starting to withdraw from activities and relationships?
  • Find yourself projecting your anger onto others?

If this sounds familiar, contact me and let's get rid of whatever is causing it!

Training, qualifications & experience

  • 7 years coaching and mentoring men and professionals.

  • Change Expert and experienced transformation delivery manager.

  • Coaching and Mentoring Certificate - University of Warwick, 2016.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

  • Life-waste removal.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
