About me
I was diagnosed with combined-type ADHD at 48.
For decades I didn’t have a name for it. My school reports said the same thing year after year: “capable, but…” I just believed something was wrong with me.
When the diagnosis came, it hit me like a tonne of bricks. Everything made sense and fell into place.
That’s why I trained as an ADHD coach: to help other people with the “right… now what?”
I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to mask, and to be told to just try harder. So my sessions are a safe, non-judgemental space.
You can turn up exactly as you are: fidgety, overwhelmed, or just not sure where to start.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. I ask the questions that help you find your own way forward, and I bring my lived experience alongside my coaching training.
Together we’ll make sense of how your brain works and build practical strategies that work with it, not against it.
How I can help:
- Getting started (and staying started)
- Overwhelm, time and task switching
- Rejection sensitivity and self-doubt
- Masking and burnout
- Life after a late diagnosis
- ADHD and perimenopause
How it works:
A free 30-minute chat with no pressure, then 50-minute online sessions. 6 and 12-session packages are available.
Difference, not disordered.
