Sue Hart - ADHD, Life coaching & Mindfulness

About us

My name is Sue Hart and I am the founder of Celebrating ADHD.  My background and experience is in coaching, mindfulness and yoga.   Maybe you have not been on the coaching journey before or not sure what to expect from myself, so I offer a free taster session that can be booked from my site to discuss your intentions.  Just go to www.celebratingadhd.com and book a taster session in, then we can go from there.

What can you expect from coaching?

Coaching creates a huge transformation in people’s lives. It is part of our holistic approach to celebrating ADHD as it provides accountability and a journey of reflection, discovery and awareness.

“The weekly coaching I received really helped to structure my week and become more accountable for myself. The coaching helped me to identify the unique and individual battles I was experiencing and what my individual priorities were and how to overcome them.” - John, London

Celebrating ADHD is a holistic, practical and useful way to take charge of your ADHD symptoms incorporating coaching and mindfulness training as the underpinning tools. The organisation has been set up and run by someone who has been diagnosed with ADHD, and has trained in Mindfulness for over 10 years. We are currently recruiting other coaches that have been diagnosed with ADHD so if you are already a coach or would like to change career, please get in touch.

What to expect in your first session?

The first session is about setting the intentions for your coaching experience through an agreement between you and myself as your coach.   Myself and all of our coaches have a first hand experience with ADHD, together we will work in order to effectively to reach your intentions.

"Sue is a thoughtful, insightful coach that runs her coaching sessions in a very deep and considered way. I got so much out of working with her. Thank you Sue"  - Lara, Nottingham

We also offer one-to-one and group coaching as well as a tribe member area to download resources.

"Good course for people having (or not) ADHD and wanting to improve some things in their life such as focus/relationship/mindfulness. Thanks Sue!" - Colin, London

"I came across Celebrating ADHD based on recommendation from a psychotherapist on Harley street.  Explaining to him that I was feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and like I was always a step behind. That together with some traumatic experiences I found myself drifting in to depression but the psychotherapist still thought it be better to try to address my ADHD first.  There is no one solution or quick fix to “emotional imbalance"  Me, myself have used a combination of therapy, exercise and this course during the last month and Celebrating ADHD is a crucial building block in creating a solid foundation for a stabile life." - Zoe, London

Training, qualifications & experience

My training has been extensive in mindfulness with an advanced diploma in mindfulness, a diploma in transformation coaching and over 100 hours of coaching experience specifically with ADHD clients. As I have been diagnosed with ADHD I have direct experience of the daily struggles with ADHD and how to develop effective coping strategies to overcome them.  You don't have to be diagnosed to work with celebrating ADHD, but it is helpful to have some kind of acceptance about it before we start the inner work.

Here are what the clients are saying:

"I was in a quandary regarding a life decision and couldn't work out how to proceed.

I had discussed it with family but felt I needed a balanced view from someone who was not close to the situation. I arranged an hour coaching session with Sue who helped me weigh up the pros and cons of various courses of action and I genuinely left the session with a clearer head.  As a consequence I made a decision and will now take a course of coaching sessions with Sue to help me along the path I have chosen."  - Tom, London

"I've been coaching with Sue for abouts 3 weeks now after being diagnosed with ADHD Sue helps me investigate my actions and how they impact myself, my time, and my environment via group coaching sessions, set tasks/"homework", and 1 to 1 calls. I've also been doing morning mediation sessions via Sue's guidance, and this really does make a difference in my emotional wellbeing." Josie, London
