Welcome to a new era of managing Type 2 diabetes – one where you are not alone, with my highly personalised coaching and accountability service, I strive to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to take control of your health.
I help support Type 2 diabetics by using Personalised Coaching and Accountability for Effective Diabetes Management.

I have been a Type 2 diabetic for 20+ years. My aim is to support Type 2 diabetics by implementing practical solutions that fit in with your individual lifestyle.

The IAPC&M is an independent not-for-profit organisation, run by coaches and mentors for the benefit of coaches, mentors and training providers around the world.

Additional information
The price I am asking for is £1 a day, it's less than a sausage roll at Greggs, you can't get a pint at Wetherspoons for that. And it means I can help more and more people.
You can carry on the way you have always done or pay me £31 to cover the month, and if your not happy with how I'm helping you, I'll give you the £31 back.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST SESSION
I offer one free 20 minute sessions to see if we can work together and I can help and support you on your journey. The sessions are normally done via a zoom call, at a convenient time for both of us.
