Relational Coach & Psychotherapist

About me

I work with people at life and career crossroads — stepping into new seasons, launching projects, or redefining direction. They sense something is shifting and are ready to move forward, but want clarity about what they truly want, not just what they think they should want.

I am a relational therapeutic coach working with people in transition and/or who are ready for change, not because something is 'wrong', but because something is evolving.

Our work is reflective and practical. We clarify what matters, identify what may be holding you back, and turn insight into deliberate action.

We focus on your goals, while also noticing the beliefs and patterns that shape how you move through the world. Change becomes sustainable because it is aligned with who you are.

This is a space to think clearly, decide confidently and act with intention.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an MBACP (Accredited) Psychotherapist and EMCC Accredited Practitioner Relational Coach, with over 10 years’ experience working across therapeutic and coaching settings.

My background is in psychodynamic and integrative relational psychotherapy, alongside formal coach training leading to EMCC accreditation (where I am currently working towards Senior Practitioner - level 7 - status). I am also undertaking further advanced training in trauma-informed approaches.

I also hold an MA, MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge, which continue to inform the reflective depth and rigour of my work.

I work in English, Spanish and Romanian, am fluent in French and Italian, and speak conversational Hebrew and Egyptian Arabic, bringing strong cross-cultural awareness shaped by international experience.

I practise in line with BACP and EMCC ethical frameworks, supported by ongoing supervision and continuous professional development.

Further information

My background as a psychotherapist means I am comfortable working with complexity and emotion. I notice patterns, ask thoughtful questions and help you think clearly, while keeping the focus firmly on your goals.

Coaching with me is not therapy. It is forward-focused, collaborative work designed to support growth and meaningful change.

I don’t set the agenda or prescribe direction. I facilitate the thinking that helps you define your own goals and commit to purposeful action. Accountability is part of the process. You will be supported and you will be stretched.

The work is relational. Change happens in conversation: through trust, thoughtful challenge and honest reflection.

I have particular interest in working with women in their 30s and 40s navigating career and life transitions, parents reflecting on their role and identity, young adults shaping direction, and individuals engaged in faith contexts. As a practising Christian with experience in church settings, I am at ease supporting clients who wish to explore faith and vocation as part of their coaching. Equally, coaching with me is not faith-based unless you want it to be. I work with people of all beliefs and none.

If you’re looking for coaching that is reflective, relational and rigorous - not formula-driven - we are likely to work well together.
