About me

Underpinning all of my consultancy work is a passion to build or rekindle someone’s confidence. With confidence we can establish clarity of where we are in our life or career; what we have achieved, learnt and experienced.

Everybody has a wealth of life experience which they can draw on which is undervalued or disregarded. With this in place we can make giant strides towards your vision or goal.

My work as a professional actor for over a decade has allowed me to help dozens of clients with public speaking and leading presentations.

My demeanour is down to earth and warm but focused entirely on the client making meaningful and tangible progress.

My practice is about empowering you to overcome hurdles towards making profound change in your life, work and business.

"Your sessions made me think about my achievements in a defined way rather than a loose way. Even though some of what you asked touched a nerve it made me deal with things head on. I went away feeling good and actually happier than I have for a long time. I also felt a sense of release and also relief that everything is going to be ok if not better. So thank you!!"
