About me

I'm Alan, an ICF ACC-accredited ADHD coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer. I work exclusively with adults, with a particular focus on those diagnosed later in life and high achievers who are beginning to understand why their brain has always worked the way it does. All sessions are online.

I retrained as a coach following a 20 year career in the creative sector and as Managing Director, ran a video production agency for a decade. Having worked with, interviewed and directed hundred of high achieving CEO's, and C-Suite execs, actors, musicians, athletes and more, I know how and when to challenge to achieve the right results.

Having discovered my own neurodivergence later in life, I'm on a mission to help those who see things differently to achieve a better sense of balance for themselves and their worlds.  I have over 90 hours of ADHD specific coaching education so I can work with your specific challenges goals while staying totally aligned with how your mind works.

If you're looking to make sense of a recent ADHD diagnosis, or even if you've known about your neurodivergence for some time, but still struggle to align the strengths that can come with a Big Brilliant Brain with some of the - let's be honest - very real areas of challenge and vulnerability, book a 30 minute discovery call and lets talk about how you can bring about some lasting, sustainable changes.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Level 1 certificate in ADHD Informed Coaching from Gold Mind Academy, have completed 100+ coaching education hours, with 91 coach training hours specific to ADHD.

I am an ICF ACC accredited coach and currently committed to furthering my coaching education and working towards PCC accreditation.

I also hold a Level 2 Mental Health First Aid qualification.

Further information

Diagnosed with ADHD at 40, I know exactly what it means to reach that moment of clarity and to sit with the complicated mix of relief, reframing and possibility that comes with it.

I work with adults only, specialising in late-diagnosed individuals and high achievers who are trying to make sense of their diagnosis and what it actually means for their lives. This isn't just about productivity systems or symptom checklists. It's about developing a genuinely nuanced understanding of what I call your Big Brilliant Brain: doing justice to both the extraordinary and the exhausting sides of it, and building something sustainable.

My approach is grounded in Ruthless Kindness: the belief that real, lasting progress requires honesty and challenge in equal measure. I won't simply validate everything you bring to a session, but I'll help you see it from a new perspective.

If you're newly diagnosed and trying to integrate that discovery, or a high achiever who suspects there's a better way to balance the brilliance and chaos in how you live and work, I'd love to hear from you.
