About us

Are you a high-achiever who knows you're capable of more, but it feels like your own brain keeps getting in the way? You're not lazy or disorganised. You're running a different operating system, and most advice was never written for how you think.

I'm Charlotte, an ADHD coach and founder of ADHD+ Ventures. I work with executives, founders, athletes, and ambitious students who want to stop fighting their ADHD and start using it. As a former competitive tennis player, I bring a performance mindset to coaching. We build on what you're already good at, not just patch what's hard.

My approach is strengths-based and evidence-led. Together, we'll design systems that fit the way your brain works - so you get less overwhelm, sharper focus, and momentum that holds up under pressure. Whether you're leading a team, training to compete, or trying to finish what you start, the goal is the same: turn ADHD into a real advantage.

I coach online across the UK and internationally. If this sounds like you, send me a message, and we'll arrange a short call to see if we're a good fit.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm an accredited ADHD coach and have been trained by ADDCA (the ADD Coach Academy), one of the longest-established ADHD-specific coach training institutes.

Credentials & accreditations:

  • CACP - PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches)
  • AACC - ADDCA Associate Certified Coach (ADD Academy)
  • MSc, King's College London

Before coaching, I spent 10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, most recently at Mail Metro Media (Daily Mail), so I understand high-stakes performance pressure from the inside. I'm also a former competitive tennis player, which shapes how I coach; focused on strengths, preparation, and performing when it counts.

My practice is grounded in peer-reviewed ADHD research rather than generic productivity tips, delivered within a clear ethical and professional framework, and kept current through ongoing CPD.

Additional information

My coaching is delivered as tailored programmes rather than one-off sessions, as that's where clients see the most meaningful, lasting change. Every engagement begins with a free introductory call to discuss your goals and find the right fit. Corporate training and speaking are priced separately, on request.

Further information

I work with adults and older students with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) who are high functioning but feel they're underperforming relative to their potential. That's typically executives, founders, professionals, athletes, and university or sixth-form students.

How it works: sessions are held online via Zoom, usually as a focused coaching programme rather than one-off sessions, because lasting change comes from consistency and accountability. We start with a free, no-obligation call to talk through what you're working on and whether I'm the right coach for you.

Beyond 1:1 coaching, I also deliver neurodiversity training and talks for organisations and schools, helping teams, leaders, and educators understand and unlock ADHD talent rather than manage it as a problem.

The best next step is simply to get in touch. Tell me a little about what's going on, and we'll take it from there.
