About us
Hi, I'm Nadine and I’m a certified ADHD coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer based in Cheshire, UK. My diagnosis came at 35 and a lifetime of comments about me being "too sensitive, too messy, too much" finally made sense, but now what?
I created A Ripple Effect to give other women the support I wished I'd had in that moment - when you’ve got an answer for the ‘why’, but you have no idea what to do next. And don't worry if your 'why' isn't a formal diagnosis - self-diagnosis is valid.
My coaching isn't just based on my own experience though because us ADHDers aren’t all the same and you don’t need a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. Instead, we’ll use evidence-based research about how the ADHD brain works to help you understand why you do the things you do (and why a new planner only works for the first page). We’ll work together to explore strategies and find ones that actually work for you and your life.
I offer practical, personalised support free from judgement and from someone who genuinely gets it because it’s my life too.
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours with an invite to a short intro call. I'm happy to accept Access to Work funding.

"Working with Nadine helped me understand my ADHD and myself in a way I hadn’t experienced with other coaching before. Instead of feeling like I needed to try harder or change who I was, she helped me see how my brain actually works and gave me practical strategies to work with it rather than against it.
Her sessions were clear, supportive and incredibly practical, with helpful follow-ups and resources that made it easy to apply what we discussed. I came away with better routines, a much kinder perspective on myself, and tools I still use in my day-to-day life." - Becca, Bath
"...helped me understand how my ADHD actually shows up in my life and why certain behaviours and patterns happen. For the first time, I felt like I was looking at things through a more realistic and compassionate lens rather than blaming myself for things I thought were personal shortcomings." - R., Shropshire
