Optimus Coach Academy

Optimus Coach Academy are changing the way coach training is delivered.

We offer a full ACTP training accredited by the ICF and offer our students a robust and comprehensive program which includes over 100 hours of live training (via zoom) covering topics from Neuroscience to Positive Psychology to Normative models to Transactional Analysis to DISC Personality Profiling to Somatic Coaching. 

The program has been designed to help students build on concepts and there are opportunities each week to practice coaching as well as regular feedback and mentoring (each student gets feedback on their coaching during the course at least 10 times and has 10 hours of mentoring to improve their coaching skills and expertise)

Alongside the full course, we offer additional training focusing on everything from team coaching to executive to performance to business coaching so that graduates have a thorough understanding of where they want to focus.

We believe that most coaching programs don't offer any support to build your business so all of our students get access to our membership community, an online business program and monthly business mentoring.

Finally, we offer support for pro bono coaching opportunities through the founder Ruth Kudzi's wide network and by partnering with third-party organisations to offer pro bono support.
