The primary aim of supervision is to enable a coach to gain in confidence,  competency and creativity so as to offer the best possible experience to the coaching client.  It is not a policing role more of a trusting two way professional relationship.  Having supervision is a foundation to continuing professional development and supervisors provide a confidential space which can reflect on particular client situations or relationships.  The benefits are many, including supporting of the coach and keeping the clients best interests maintained.   Coaching development, as supervision may identify some areas for further development for the coach.  Utilises feedback to help the coach to advance their coaching practice. As a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP with the Society of NLP,  I run Licensed NLP Courses such as: Licensed Practitioner of NLP Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP Licensed NLP Coach All of these programs also include supervision.   I also offer NLP Supervision for Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers both online and Face to Face, for individuals and groups. I am also a qualified Coach Trainer and run an Accredited Diploma in Coach Training which is Accredited by The Association for Coaching.  This course is for people that want to train as an Executive, Business or Lifecoach.  This program includes supervision until graduation. I offer both individual and group supervision both online and Face to Face and as with all my supervision, my style is relaxed, structured and fun.  Additionally for any of you Coaches/NLP Practitioners that are also Hypnotherapists, I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapy Supervisor as well and work with groups or individuals.
