I began coaching after making a career change from a successful but ultimately unfulfilling career in broadcast TV in order to create a more authentic life for myself.
I combine brain-based and creative approaches drawing on insights from positive psychology, applied neuroscience and mindfulness. I'm fully certified and accredited, and I believe strongly in ongoing professional and personal development.
I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of Soho House and a blogger on The Huffington Post.

The initial assessment is free of charge. During this meeting (approximately 45 minutes) we talk about your current situation and create a goal for coaching. It's also a good opportunity to find out whether we're a good fit for each other.
