I help creatives get clear about their life and next steps.
If you are a creative feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure about your direction, coaching can help you slow things down and find clarity. Many of the creatives I work with struggle with confidence, procrastination, overthinking or feeling capable but unable to move forward.
Coaching with me focuses on clarity, confidence and momentum. Together we work out what matters to you, what is blocking you, and what your next steps need to be so you can make decisions with more ease and trust yourself again.
I work particularly well with creatives with ADHD, anxiety or self doubt who want practical, supportive coaching that also allows space to think. My approach is creative, grounded and evidence based, drawing on coaching psychology, facilitation and one to one work.
Clients often come to me at a crossroads. Career decisions, creative blocks, confidence issues or a sense of being stuck in the wings of their own life.

I am an EMCC Senior Practitioner coach with a Master’s degree and am training as a psychotherapist. I work relationally, with care, depth and clear boundaries.

I also offer two low-income coaching sessions (£30 per session) for people experiencing financial hardship. Feel free to check availability.
