You may want to develop the confidence, self-belief and courage to succeed in your chosen career or business.
Perhaps you want to become less critical and stop beating yourself up, all the time.
Maybe you want to get on with your career and stop overanalysing everything.
You definitely want to be able to focus on your strengths rather than feeling judged, waiting for someone to realise that you’re not very good at what you do.
I specialise in helping professional women and business owners work on the issues that really get in the way of their success: their confidence, motivation and resilience.
I also enjoy helping my clients clarify their thinking and resolve the dilemmas that can cause them to stall.
To do that I draw on a range of tried and tested tools and techniques that are right for the client. I keep what you want and need at the heart of my coaching but I do not shy away from challenging you when necessary. I also strongly believe that there has to be a point to coaching so I concentrate on finding a way to help you get as close to your desired outcome as you can. I can’t guarantee results, only you can make the necessary changes after all, but I will do my very best to help you.
Although I usually suggest a course of 5 or 6 sessions initially, I do not lock clients into lengthy and expensive programmes.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working as a coach for 6.5 years and have coached hundreds of clients who run their own businesses or work at a senior level in professional service firms.
I have a MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University (2014). My dissertation topic was entitled 'An Exploration of Male Self-Confidence in the Coaching Context'.
Recent CPD includes courses on neuroscience and coaching, resilience and systemic coaching.
Prior to coaching I had a successful career in international telecommunications finance, working for Cable and Wireless plc on major subsea cable and satellite projects. I then spent 10 years running successful joint ventures.
I am a qualified accountant (ACMA CGMA) and have attended executive development courses at London Business School and INSEAD.
I have a Combined Honours degree in French and Spanish from King's College, London.
