- Women who feel stressed juggling job, family and/or other commitments. They may lack energy, feel overwhelmed or have not much confidence or self-belief and need simple, useful structures to gain control of their situation and to move forward.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a qualified co-active coach who trained with the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
My background is in Business Administration, HR and Customer Services and I have attended several seminars in communication and personal development.
Having lived in different countries, I understand and love working with people from various cultures and backgrounds. I speak English and German fluently as well as some Spanish.

Fees
My monthly fee is £150 which includes 2 hours of coaching per month and unlimited email support.
The sessions can be broken down into either
2 x 60 min OR
3 x 40 min sessions
Coaching sessions take place
- over the phone
- via skype or
- in person at different places in North or Central London

So here's a little bit about myself:
I know what it's like to look for the right path: In my case, it was the career and where I wanted to live which I wasn't sure about: I had lived in different countries, had done various jobs but always felt a bit unsettled and looking for my true purpose. When I eventually I hired a coach myself, things cleared up for me and at the same time I decided that THIS was what I wanted to do.
I then trained as a co-active coach, quit my job and set up my own coaching business in 2011. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made in my life.
I am a big believer in possibilities and that things are coming your way once you've put your heart and mind to it. I am happy that I can help people to follow their dreams and experience the same.
