For Diaspora Communities of Colour, the challenges of displacement, migration trauma, and conflicting cultural expectations often run deep. You might find yourself carrying systemic guilt, or feeling a persistent sense of not truly belonging—no matter how successful you are!
As a specialised Family Constellations and Systemic Coach, I help individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds uncover and untangle these inherited family dynamics. Using a trauma-informed, somatic approach, we look at the whole system to find where love and energy became blocked in previous generations.
This coaching-therapeutic model has been specifically developed for Diaspora communities we look at how to intervene in generational patterns, so that you can step into your own strength and remove burdens that are not yours.
My practice offers personal and professional family constellations, systemic coaching for the workplace and most importantly the often missing link, ancestral guidance.
Training, qualifications & experience
My professional background is primarily in Local Government and the NHS as a coach, trainer and workshop facilitator. I founded Ancestral Constellations in 2016 with a remit to provide coaching and training for Diaspora communities, aiming to fill a gap in service provision.

- PG Diploma Mental Health Nursing (2011-13)
- PG Diploma in Systemic Management & Consultation (2000)
- NLP European Coach Certification, ITS (2005)
- NLP Master Practitioner, ITS (2003)

EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe. EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

Who I Work With
I work with individuals, leaders, and practitioners who want a practitioner who "just gets it" - with lived Diaspora cultural understanding. Whether you are looking to heal deep-seated family and ancestral patterns in your personal life, or you need focused 1:1 support through a major career or life transition, you will be held in a grounded space by someone who has spent a lifetime doing this work — and living it.
How We Can Work Together:
You don't have to leave your history at the door! I build spaces where you don't have to explain or defend what you've lived. Constellations and systemic coaching is a bridge between Western systemic methods and the ancestral wisdom Diaspora communities have always carried.
1-on-1 Systemic Coaching (Online & In-Person): Deep, private, structured 1:1 consultations and coaching sessions using figurines, floor markers, and somatic visualisation to map your family system You do not need family members to be present to do this work.
Family Constellations Circles (In-Person): These regular 3 hour circles map out family systems visually, offering profound shifts for both participants attending and the issues that unfold during our time together. We will use figurines to map out family and work systems visually (up to 4 participants in each circle).
