About me
I have a coaching therapeutic practice and am the founder of Ancestral Constellations - A systemic transgenerational model with a specialism in Diaspora communities of colour. My practice offers individual systemic coaching and mentoring. Personal and professional family constellation sessions and workshops and training for coaches, therapists, holistic practitioners and mental health professionals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 40 years experience as a social and healthcare professional in the public sector and NHS. As a trainer, facilitator and coach, I have developed coaching programmes, experiential training courses and group/team workshops for a range of professionals from diverse backgrounds. My areas of expertise include mental health and wellness, social justice and community development and systemic thinking within the context of family constellations and transgenerational healing.
