About me
You don't have to choose between a successful career and a happy family.
If you are a high-achieving parent, you likely know the feeling of the constant compromise.
It is the exhausting reality of modern working parenthood where you feel like you are always letting someone down. You log off early to make it to the school play, and you feel like you are failing your team. You answer an urgent email at the dinner table, and you feel like you are failing your kids.
You are constantly trying to balance the board, but the reality is just a brutal, daily whiplash. At 5 PM you are making high-stakes decisions and driving a business forward. At 6 PM you walk through the front door and are expected to instantly switch into a patient, playful parent.
I know the exact weight of that pressure first-hand.
I remember sitting in quiet, sterile hotel rooms, hundreds of miles away from my one-year-old, wondering if the career progression was actually worth the sacrifice. I fought the massive internal battle of wanting to be a deeply committed leader while desperately wanting to be an equal, present partner at home.
For a long time, I thought I had to choose. But I realised that the zero-sum game is a myth.
You can be a high-performing professional and the exact parent you want to be.
I don't hand you another generic "work-life balance" manual or trendy time-management hack. Theory is clean, but your reality is chaotic.
Instead, we work together to:
- Audit your time and energy: We figure out what is actually moving the needle, so you can stop missing bedtimes for work that doesn't matter.
- Build intentional transition space: We create the room you need to decompress the professional so the parent can actually show up.
- Anchor to your core values: We stop trying to live by everyone else's expectations and start writing your own manual for what success looks like.
You don't have to sacrifice your professional ambitions for your kids, and you don't have to sacrifice your family for your career.
If you are ready to step away from the constant compromise and reclaim your time, your identity, and your presence, send me a message.
Let's find a better way forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
My coaching practice isn't just rooted in theory, it is built on lived experience.
Before transitioning into coaching, I built a demanding and successful career as an IT leader. I know exactly what it takes to direct high-performing teams, manage complex, high-stakes projects, and drive a business forward under intense pressure.
More importantly, as a father, I know the exact weight of trying to balance that high-octane corporate reality with the desperate desire to be a present, equal partner at home. I have lived through the brutal context switches, the travel, and the exhausting feeling of the "constant compromise." I know what it feels like to stand in the massive gap between what the leadership books say and what real life actually looks like.
That firsthand experience is what drives my coaching practice today. I specialise exclusively in working with high-achieving parents, leaders, directors, and ambitious professionals, who are tired of feeling like they have to choose between their career and their kids. I help them build the boundaries, time-auditing strategies, and core alignment needed to confidently thrive in both arenas.
To ensure my clients receive the highest standard of support, I have backed my corporate experience with rigorous, world-class coaching training:
- ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC): I am credentialled by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the PCC level, ensuring strict adherence to the highest global standards of coaching ethics, psychology, and practice.
- Specialised Coaching Experience: I have spent hundreds of hours partnering specifically with high-performing professionals, helping them navigate the messy intersection of career ambition and modern parenthood to reclaim their time, their presence, and their identity.
