About us
I am a qualified coach with an MSc in Coaching Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and over 15 years’ experience working in technology, financial services and digital assets. Most recently, I was Head of Product & Delivery at a global digital asset liquidity provider where I worked with senior leaders and teams to build products, navigate change and grow a rapidly evolving business.
I work primarily with experienced professionals and leaders who are navigating a period of change, whether that means stepping into a more senior role, considering a career move, dealing with the challenges of leadership or simply questioning what they want from the next stage of their career.
My approach is thoughtful, challenging and collaborative. I won’t tell you what you should do or give you a ready-made answer. Instead, I provide a space to step back from the day-to-day and explore what is really going on, challenge assumptions and gain greater clarity about the choices in front of you.
I’m particularly interested in working with people in technology, financial services and digital assets where I can bring both professional experience and coaching expertise to the conversation. I also have a particular interest in coaching women in senior leadership and people navigating significant career transitions.
Whether you are looking to make a specific decision, develop as a leader or work out what you want next, coaching can provide the time and space to think differently and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Coaching sessions are typically one hour and can be face to face at a convenient location or over video call.
All new clients are welcome to a complimentary taster session (15min) to give an idea of how I work and for you to see if coaching works for you.
