About me
Coaching for the past 14 years providing one to one, couple and group coaching in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. Working with individuals, and groups for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and work to live it with passion, on purpose and more fully.
I mainly specialize and offer
Career/career change coaching to senior/executive level professionals, and this can also include start up and Home/Small business. However, as I am experienced in coaching and mentoring for several years now I can also help people with:
- Health & nutrition/Losing Weight
- Relationships
- Parenting/Young people
either separately or as part of my main signature programs. I provide telephone/online coaching to individuals and online coaching for groups.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma: Life and Business Coaching, Nutrition and Train the Trainer qualification.
Certificates: Foundation in Counselling and psychotherapy, counselling children and adolescents.
Safeguarding and Prevent training, Prince's Trust mentoring and ISPCC child and parent mentoring training.
Advanced coaching certificates in relationship and parent coaching.
Health and Safety qualification.

Further information
Presently client sessions are held online however where necessary in person sessions can be arranged.
All sessions are client lead so dealing and tackling those issues that are of most importance to them. For some coaching programs there are core areas that will be covered but even in these it is still client focused and therefore approaches, tools or techniques used will depend on the individual being coached at the time. Working in a group program will involve covering core topics and tools to help in that but individual support will not be quite the same as working on a one to one basis.
