About me
I help people who fell into their career and now feel stuck to find fulfilling careers.
We often launch our careers by taking the first opportunity that comes our way. Success follows and you progress within your company, industry or profession. Yet deep-down you feel something isn’t quite right and eventually you find yourself unhappy, stuck and dissatisfied.
Career coaching can reconnect you to your values and strengths, generate new ideas and opportunities, and put you back on a path to a fulfilling career.
I’m an experienced career coach following a successful leadership career in tech. I now have a rewarding portfolio career combining consulting, coaching, volunteering and study.
My Career Deep Dive programme follows a structured framework over 5-6 coaching sessions.
Exploring: A space to reflect on your values, interests, strengths, motivators.
Clarifying: Bringing it together to see who you are and what’s important to you.
Visioning: Imagining possible futures and developing ideas.
Action: Identifying opportunities and planning next steps.
I also offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions for people at all stages of their careers.

I use career coaching techniques, design thinking and lived experience to help you to reconcile your position, articulate your work philosophy and strengths, and find what energises and engages you. Together we will generate career options, map your career direction and focus on the action needed to uncover and explore opportunities.

Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
