About me
My name is Izzie Le Marchant (she/her), I am a fully qualified ADHD coach based in Herefordshire. Testimonials
Cat - “I started ADHD coaching with Izzie in February and I can honestly say it changed my life. Izzie was nothing but supportive, kind and patient. I went in to the coaching with goals that I honestly wasn’t sure were achievable, as they were things I’d been struggling with for my entire adult life. Izzie helped me see all the good things I was already achieving, she helped me realise that my problems were never with what I was doing, it was with comparing myself to people who were different to me, and when I made steps towards reaching my goals she was my biggest cheerleader. Even when I didn’t think I’d done enough, Izzie was optimistic and joyful. Now, whenever I’m completing tasks day to day, I am proud of myself for doing things I find difficult and I don’t let my negative inner thoughts cancel out the good things I’ve done, and it’s solely Izzie who’s helped me achieve this. It’s amazing to be in a space now where I don’t kick myself for not being neurotypical, and I can’t thank Izzie enough. I’d strongly recommend her to anyone who’s thinking of ADHD coaching.”
Chloe - “Izzie is friendly and empathetic. She creates a safe space where you can open up in your own time. She has offered me a lot of insight and assurance on the experience of having ADHD, as well as practical advice. My experience of being neurodiverse has previously made me feel limited. Izzie is helping me to build my confidence while allowing me to set a pace of growth I am comfortable with. Izzie is the first ADHD coach I have spoken to and there is a noticeable difference in the amount of depth and understanding she provides in her sessions.”
