About me

Wellbeing coaching for women who work in schools.  Personalised support to find balance and reconnect with yourself outside the classroom and corridors.

If you’re…

  • Overperforming at work but crashing the moment you get home
  • Cancelling plans because you’ve got nothing left to give
  • Waking up on a Saturday exhausted but with a knot of dread about the work you ‘should’ be doing
  • Unable to make simple decisions after a day at work
  • Wondering if this is even sustainable anymore
  • Feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way

...you're in the right place.

I’m Hannah, a certified life coach working with women in education – teachers, pastoral staff, support staff – who are running on empty and don’t know how much longer they can sustain it.

Together, we:

  • Create breathing room so you’re not constantly in survival mode
  • Rebuild your resilience and reconnect with yourself outside the job
  • Look at what’s keeping you stuck – the people-pleasing, the leaky boundaries, the overperformance
  • Get clarity on what you actually want: whether that’s staying in education with better balance, or leaving and finding something new

This isn’t about quick fixes or generic self-care advice. It’s about creating real, lasting change – at a pace that works for you.

I offer both in-person coaching in Leeds, and online sessions via Zoom.

Training, qualifications & experience

I spent most of my working life in busy roles within education – both in the UK and abroad. For years, I felt like I was walking a fine line between ‘just about coping’ and complete burnout. I seemed to be trapped in a cycle of just working for the weekend – and being so exhausted that my Saturdays and Sundays were spend in a state of numbness and exhaustion.

As a result, self-care and healthy habits went out of the window – I survived on a diet of tea and toast, no exercise, and broken sleep. One day, after dressing to go to work as an Attendance Improvement Officer, I found myself physically unable to walk out of my front door. My body was finally saying a very loud ‘no’, and something had to change. That’s when I found my own Life Coach and started to make huge shifts.

Now, my passion for Life Coaching, education and wellness come together to offer you exactly that space – to arrive, be seen, and leave with your resilience topped up.
