Certified ADHD Life Coach

About me

I am a fully certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC), trained through the IACT Centre, offering compassionate and practical support to adults and parents navigating neurodiversity, overwhelm, and periods of significant life change.

My approach to coaching is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I understand how exhausting it can feel when traditional strategies no longer work and when life begins to feel smaller, heavier, or harder to manage. Coaching offers a supportive, non‑judgemental space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and self‑understanding.

I work particularly with adults with ADHD who feel stuck, burnt out, or overwhelmed, as well as parents and carers navigating neurodiversity and SEND. My coaching is strengths‑based and neurodiversity‑affirming, focusing on realistic and sustainable ways of working with your brain rather than against it.

Alongside my coaching practice, I am also a qualified solicitor. This professional background brings strong listening skills, structure, and ethical boundaries to my work, while my coaching practice remains entirely separate from my legal role.

I believe coaching does not “fix” people. Instead, it supports individuals to better understand themselves, build self‑compassion, and create meaningful progress in a way that feels possible and supportive.

Testimonials:

As Fran's ADHD life coaching client, I've experienced firsthand how rare it is to find someone who can hold both deep compassion and meaningful challenge in the same space. Her soothing cadence and gentle humor create safety, while her ability to ground my scattered, multi-directional thought storms into actual vectors for insight and growth feels like having a translator for my own mind.

What sets Fran apart is her lived understanding of neurodivergent family systems—she doesn't just know this work theoretically. She carries it. That embodied knowledge, paired with her genuine commitment to the families and people in her local community, makes her presence genuinely grounding. She meets you exactly where you are, then helps you discover what's actually possible from there.

Her voice is playful but rooted—there's wisdom here, but it doesn't take itself too seriously. If you've ever felt misunderstood or like your mind works too fast and in too many directions at once, Fran knows that feeling. She can help you make sense of it.
